Aligned with Arie
There are moments where we feel everything deeply, and others where we feel nothing at all. Moving between overwhelm and disconnection can become a familiar pattern, even if part of you knows it doesn’t have to be this way. This work is about finding a more steady place in between. A way to feel without becoming overwhelmed, and to stay present without shutting down.Through internal qigong, movement, stillness, and grounded awareness, Arie guides a process of reconnecting with the body, allowing emotions to move, and creating space for the mind to settle. It is not about fixing yourself or forcing change. It is about learning how to come back to yourself, slowly, in a way that feels clear, stable, and real.

This work is rooted in internal qigong and inner alchemy, practices that focus on your inner experience, learning how to sense, understand, and work with what is happening within you.It is similar to a meditation, where attention is brought inward to the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of your experience, developing a deeper awareness of what is happening within you in the present moment. It is a process of coming into relationship with these parts of yourself, not as separate things to fix, but as parts of your whole being that can be understood, cleared, and integrated.Learning how to work with all aspects of you in a practical, grounded way.
• guided internal practices that bring awareness into the body, emotions, and mind
• sensing what is present and learning how to work with it, rather than avoid or suppress it
• understanding patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors
• gently exploring aspects of the personality and identity that shape how you relate to yourself and others
• movement and embodied practices to support connection with the body and energy.
This is the kind of inner work many people feel called toward, but are not always sure how to begin. You are not expected to have it all figured out.Arie offers guidance, structure, and support, helping you move through your own process in a way that feels grounded and sustainable. As you learn to sense into the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of your experience, and begin to work with them directly, something starts to shift.Patterns that feel overwhelming begin to soften. What feels unclear becomes easier to understand. There is more space, more clarity, and a stronger sense of connection within yourself. This is not about diagnosing or fixing. It is about learning how to sense, feel, and respond to yourself with more grace and compassion.Over time, the practice supports a more embodied way of understanding and relating to yourself, softening old patterns and cultivating greater clarity, stability, and a more balanced, centered state within. This work is guided, but not directed.
You remain in the driver’s seat, learning how to tune into yourself, listen more closely, and respond to your own needs with greater awareness and self-trust.Sessions are shaped around your needs and what you’re moving through, with a rhythm that we determine together.

Arie is an internal arts practitioner, martial artist, and Certified Peer Support Specialist based in Northern Thailand.
Her work is shaped by lived experience and over a decade of dedicated practice in movement and internal arts. For much of her life, she pushed and performed based on who she thought she should be, becoming disconnected from herself, moving between feeling deeply and shutting down. After a life-changing experience with cancer, that way of living reached its limit.
She began learning to tune in to her whole being, to feel the body rather than use it, to let emotions move, and to allow the mind to settle into something steadier.
Now she guides others through that same process. Through elemental qigong, embodied movement, and mindful awareness, Arie helps people make sense of what they feel and reconnect to themselves in a clear, practical way. She works 1:1 and in small groups, with a high level of sensitivity and attunement to what each person needs.
Her work is especially supportive for those who feel deeply and become overwhelmed, or who tend to shut down or disconnect, helping them move toward a more steady, balanced relationship with themselves.
It's not about fixing or becoming someone new. It's about finding your way home to yourself with more clarity and trust.
"Meeting Arie has truly become one of the greatest gifts this life has ever given me. Working with her to come home to myself through embodiment practices, guided meditations, and the lens she provides to see how I show up, has been incredibly empowering. She is rigorous yet compassionate in her work, and has helped me feel more grounded and confident, set boundaries, and reclaim a sense of control over my life."
